Ovumia Group has acquired a majority ownership in Alternatyva Clinic in Lviv, Western Ukraine, and
entered a mutual strategic partnership. In addition to IVF treatments, Alternatyva Clinic offers
maternity clinic services as well as gynaecological services and related day surgery.
